After a very successful campaign based on giving away health tips (actually focused on spreading the 1-800 number), we decided to follow the same path of providing valuable content to the pharmacy's costumers.
Home remedies are very popular in NIcaragua, so we shared a series of step by step instructions on how to ease common discomforts (as videos and infographics, both offline and online). At the same time, we asked our growing community to share their own and had a great response. They also let us know they strongly appreciated the info we shared.
The objective was to get closer and interact with our audience, get the word out that Farmacia Familiar does care about their health and wellbeing, and most importantly, differenciate the brand from the rest of competitors whose speech basicaly refers to being cheaper.
