Joya de Nicaragua cigars commemorated its 45th anniversary in 2013 with Cuatro Cinco Edición Limitada. This milestone also meant the 45th anniversary of Nicaragua's cigar industry, which made this release even more special.
My work consisted in naming this super premium brand, designing its visual identity, packaging and integrated campaign, together with the Product Development Unit team at Joya.
Following the overwhelming success of Cuatro Cinco Edición Limitada, a special follow up was released in 2015: Cuatro Cinco Reserva Especial.
Cuatro Cinco Edición Limitada was selected as finalist at the Iberoamerican Design Biennial 2014, which took place in November of the same year in Madrid, Spain.
